Civil Science is currently seeking a Lead Design Engineer to join our team in one of our Utah, North Dakota, or Idaho office locations. This unique position will be perfect for an energetic Engineer who is looking to grow their career. In this role, you will work on a diverse transportation related project portfolio including large scale DOT projects. You will work closely with clients, other project managers, firm principals, and support staff to ensure a successful completion for our clients. The key to succeeding in this role will be your ability to both provide roadway modeling in OpenRoads Designer, as well as lead and coordinate junior staff to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions to demanding project requirements.
