Summary Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Engineers in the completion of engineering projects. Duties include hiring and training qualified engineering staff, setting project budgets and timelines for completion and helping their staff run and complete projects on time and within budget and troubleshoot issues. The Engineering Manager can also act as a Senior Project Manager, managing some of the Firms more complex projects and important clients.
