Assistant Professor
Coastal Research and Extension Center serves as Mississippi State University’s “southern exposure”. This position is located at the Experimental Seafood Processing Center (ESPL) of the Coastal Research and Extension Center in Biloxi, MS, and is administratively associated with CREC with an academic home in the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering (DABE). This is a 12-month, tenure track position consisting of a 100% Research appointment. The primary function of this position will be, as one of the core team members of the ESPL, to develop an aggressive engineering-based research program that is supported by externally competitive and other grants to enhance aquatic food processing yield, food product diversity, food safety and quality and to provide solutions to
