The Environmental Research Engineer will lead USDA ARS research projects focusing on converting aquaculture waste streams to usable and valuable products to support the development and sustainability of land-based, closed containment aquaculture. S/he will oversee and participate in research related to reducing the environmental impact of fish farming while assisting the aquaculture industry with developing novel revenue streams through converting waste to value.
