ENERGY CONTRACTS AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER/ANALYST
Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) is the default energy provider for several north San Diego County cities. The Energy Contracts & Compliance Manager/Analyst manages and monitors power supply contracts, monitors performance, manages and validates invoices, and ensures regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This person has experience with procuring renewable energy and administering wholesale power purchase agreements, managing power scheduling and battery charging/discharging, understands CPUC regulatory reporting and compliance requirements, including Resource Adequacy, and abides by contract management best practices.
