Vice Chair of Faculty Research (RNA Biology of Therapeutics)
The Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at the Indiana University School of Medicine is recruiting an Associate or Full Professor to serve as Vice Chair of Translational Research. The successful candidate must have either a Ph.D. or M.D. degree, expertise in molecular mechanisms of disease, and an established research program with success in collaborative and translational research. The Department is particularly interested in candidates performing basic or translational research to address fundamental mechanisms of human genetic disease, develop functional genomic or therapeutic approaches, and/or use computational and bioinformatic approaches for genetic discovery, phenotypic delineation, or therapeutic development.
