Assistant City Transportation Engineer
The City of Beaverton is seeking an Assistant City Transportation Engineer who will play a key role in shaping the future of traffic and transportation in the city. This is a new role in the Public Works Transportation Engineering Division that will expand the division’s capacity and help move forward the City Council’s priority of Safe Streets. The Assistant City Transportation Engineer will be involved with every step of traffic engineering in the city—from inception to implementation, including interacting with the Beaverton Traffic Commission and the Beaverton Planning Commission.  The ACTE’s day-to-day will involve working with both the Community Development Department and Public Works Operations to ensure that traffic flows safely and smoothly throughout th
