Benner and Carpenter, Inc., is currently seeking a full-time professional California licensed land surveyor to join our team.  Benner and Carpenter, Inc., services Ventura, Santa Barbara & Los Angeles Counties.

As a professional licensed land surveyor you will perform and manage various types of projects and services, such as, public records research, construction calculations, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, Records of Survey, tract maps & parcel maps, legal descriptions, corner records, lot line adjustments/mergers, and client communications.

California land surveyor's license

Proficiency with AutoCad & Civil 3D

Computer experience with Trimble Business Center & Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of local survey laws & regulations

Ability to apply survey principles and procedures to work product

Understanding occupational hazards, and safety communication & reporting
