Staff Engineer - Structural: Requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as well as an Engineer in Training certification (or ability to obtain) and AutoCAD experience. Working under the direction of a Professional Engineer, the duties for this position include:
- Preparation of structural construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD and Revit for new commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects, as well as the renovation of existing facilities.
- Preparation of accurate and thorough design calculations for new commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects, as well as the renovation of existing facilities.
- Assisting in the performance of forensic analysis of existing structures.
- Preparation of structural review and forensic review reports.
- Performance of construction administration for new construction.
- Performance of Special Inspections for new construction.
Project Engineer - Structural: Requires a P.E. license and 2+ years of experience focused on the design of building structures. Duties for this position include:
- Ability to complete accurate and thorough design calculations for new commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects as well as the renovation of existing facilities.
- Ability to prepare and oversee the development of construction documents, including structural drawings and specifications for new commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects, as well as the renovation of existing facilities.
- Forensic analysis of existing structures.
- Construction administration for new construction.
- Supervising Special Inspections for new construction.
- Desire to provide guidance of EIT staff members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
