As a Project Engineer you must have expertise in the assessment, design and construction administration of building restoration projects including concrete repair, wood frame and stucco façade repair, glazing and painting and water-proofing; overseeing the preparation of repair documents and construction administration services for a wide variety of structures including condominiums, commercial buildings, plazas, and parking garages; proposal estimating; managing staff and resources; budgeting; and training while working with a multi-disciplined team of engineers and technical staff members.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious Professional Engineer (PE) with experience specializing in structures wanting to take the next step in their career.
