Statement of Purpose Oversees NIB’s Quality Management with a primary focus on ensuring NIB’s continued strong ISO-9000 certification status.  Additionally, provide support to NIB’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, including, but not limited to, supporting focus groups, administration of the ERM tool, and coordinating with departmental liaisons on outstanding deliverables.  Furthermore, provide support to other departments to enhance the quality performance objectives of associated NPAs.  Responsibility for Work of Others The position is directly responsible for the ISO-9000 quality control system and internal auditors for NIB and indirectly leads others in the implementation of quality assurance and risk iden
