CCWD is seeking a skilled, motivated, and team oriented Administrative Analyst II for our Engineering Department. This position will be located at our Concord Administration Office. What you will typically be responsible for:
Gathering, tabulating and analyzing data
Coordinating budget development for Engineering and functioning as the clearing house for all expenditures
Conducting special projects relating to division or department programs
Preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence relating to departmental and interdepartmental operations
Interpreting rules, standards, and procedures
Building and maintaining positive working relationships
Working with project Engineers and Managers to develop construction project cash flow trends and analysis
