Demonstrator Trainer - Corrugated

Background:   Domino has embarked on an ambitious plan of above market top and bottom-line growth, building on its core strength of Coding & Marking with the aim of becoming market leader in Digital Printing.  Reporting to the Digital Printing Demonstration Supervisor and working closely with the Account Managers, Service and Support managers, the Corrugated Machine Demonstrator and Trainer will play a key role in supporting our customers, implementing a clear, customer-first strategy which supports business growth and delivers projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement processes and deliver first class demonstrations which highlight the capabilities and commercial market advantages of the Domino single-pass digital corrugated press
• Manage and implement processes to deliver first class print samples to customers which reflect the capabilities of the Domino single-pass corrugated press.
• Train and manage customer on all aspects of operation and maintenance of the single-pass corrugated press covering both hardware and software.
• Manage customer relationships and drive towards an excellent customer experience.
• Work with the Digital Solutions team to ensure customer ramp up is effective for the customer and Domino.
• Support, develop, and enhance local systems, policies and best practices in-line with Domino global needs and standards.
• Ensure that all demonstrations, samples and customer visits are carried out in-line with Domino processes and with appropriate attention to employee and customer safety.
• Build team culture to drive alignment and compliance with standards and processes.
• Actively work to minimize waste and improve overall profit for the business, developing a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects completed are fully documented and formally accepted by the DP Demonstration Supervisor.

Deliverables:

• Gain alignment with global project teams and NA management on implementation of improvement actions.
• Drive sales process forward with customers by satisfying their understanding and capability of the Domino technology
• Drive sales process forward with customers by creating samples which best reflects the capability of the Domino technology
• Manage testing of substrates and software changes to best support customers and field installation teams
• Drive project close out (sign-off) with customers that include first-class training and customer support
