Sr. Civil Design Engineer

Direct hire opportunity for professional engineer with at least 5 years of civil experience in water/wastewater, transportation OR land development in north Dallas. The ideal candidate will be interested in future partnership.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and design large construction projects in specialized discipline
• Oversee the design and building of construction projects
• Prepare engineering calculations following standard methods and principles used in similar engineering analyses
• Perform equipment selection research and develop recommendations with supportive materials
• Create budgetary projections
• Construction inspection
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with projects
• Evaluate and plan capital improvement projects
• Contract administration
