Qualifications

- Program development experience and leadership skills for mentoring diverse professionals supporting compliance projects in various industries.
- Proven experience in building new relationships and developing client capture plans.
- Project management experience in the Rocky Mountains, Northern Great Plains, and Upper Midwest regions of the United States
- Business development acumen and demonstrated experience developing client relationships, including established relationships and prior experience teaming with engineering and construction firms and existing relationships with project developers in the energy, transmission, and generation industries.
- Experience working on design build projects, large infrastructure, etc.
- Experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance during construction and experience in implementing and tracking mitigation measures.
- Experience in developing and managing National Pollutant Discharge Eliminations System and state equivalent permits, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), and spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans.
- Experience on alternative delivery projects, particularly Design/Build, CM/GC, and CMAR
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate in writing, verbally, and graphically.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local permitting laws and processes
- Experience participating in audits according to local, state, and federal regulations.
- A B.S. in engineering, environmental science, or related field
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Experience in mining, transmission, oil and gas, and power generation
