| Job Summary: The County Engineer serves as the department head for the Highway Department providing leadership and direction related to operations and services within the County. The position plans, directs, and coordinates all County road, bridge, ditch, and trail engineering, construction, and maintenance projects. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, and four years of directly related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
