The company is targeting to aggressively grow sales of dyes to the Global Paper & Packaging Industry over the next 5 years. Growth shall be realized through management of existing Principle relationships, establishing new route to market partners and developing business directly with end Papermills. The company is therefore seeking a suitable candidate who can develop business in the North American Paper & Packaging Industry.
Key Responsibilities
1) Develop profitable business of existing and new dye technologies at new and current papermills to increase market share based on company's market and product strategies.
2) Manage and undertake dye product trials at new and current papermills to maximise success and conversion into commercial business.
3) Provide technical and product support to the sales team, papermills, distributors and agents to maintain current business and optimise product mix.
4) Communicate changes in market dynamics in terms of papermills, markets, products and competitors (Market Intelligence) to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Experience
At least 5 years experience in the Paper Industry or selling dyes, preferably both, with multi-customer selling experience within North America.
Additional : Very good command of oral and written English. Other languages considered highly beneficial.
