The Information Systems Engineering and Management (ISEM) area of the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology would like to announce that it is accepting applications for a limited number of students in the Ph.D. program for Fall 2021 admission. The program is seeking applicants that can add to the diverse backgrounds and research interests of its current students. The Ph.D. program in ISEM was created to produce innovative and creative problem solvers and researchers for academic, corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. The next application deadline for consideration is March 5, 2021.
