Sterling Water is currently seeking a Dealership Manager to oversee our dealership and production facility in Rothschild, WI.
As a Dealership General Manager, your challenge will be to build and lead a healthy business by enhancing customer satisfaction and attainment of company goals while coaching and motivating a professional team.

Maintain a safe, clean work environment that is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Local, and company regulations. Be responsible for safe, efficient operation and preventative maintenance of the facility and the water quality of the products we produce.
Ensure compliance of the Bottling Operation with all FDA a regulatory standards
Maintain and safeguard the company’s assets (building, fleet, inventory, records, equipment, etc.)
Review and control expenses
Set and review appropriate rates and pricing structure.
Prepare annual budget, regularly review actual vs. plan, analyze variances, and take action to achieve financial performance goals
Keep skills and knowledge current and adapt to the changing business environment

This position supervises the Office Manager, Service Manager, Production Supervisor, and Residential Sales Representatives directly and all dealership employees indirectly.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree, or three to five years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous financial statement experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Pass Department of Transportation physical when required
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
