Carroll College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in civil engineering. Applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate level in a small college environment and must be qualified to teach all levels of undergraduate engineering courses, specifically general civil engineering courses. Required qualifications are a master’s degree in engineering and the ability to obtain a Professional Engineering license within four years of hire. Preferred qualifications include a doctoral degree in engineering, a current Professional Engineering license, and the ability to teach in the areas of environmental, transportation, water resources, and/or structural engineering. Applicants are required to have the ability to support the Mission of the College. In addition, the successful candidate shall have the ability to organize and conduct engineering and/or science laboratories in one or more of the indicated specialties. Salary and rank are DOQ.
