Support, develop and administer Quality projects leading to customer satisfaction and internal continuous improvement in order to achieve customer and business objectives
What we offer
Interface and support cross functional teams to meet the requirements of regional Quality initiatives and lead and participate in projects to improve processes and business metrics.
Assist with the analysis of data and metrics, generate relevant reports and lead improvement initiatives, as directed.
Coach and support teams in the use key tools such as the A3-8 Step Problem Solving method, Process Mapping, FMEA, GD&T, DOE, Control Plans, PPAP, seven basic quality tools, and machine & process capability.
Support the review and completion of customer and supplier complaints.
Develop and maintain Quality documentation related to customer, industry, and Henkel requirements.
Provide support to Supplier Quality group relative to supplier management activities.
Participate as an auditor to internal and supplier processes as well as quality management standards at sites throughout the region.
Provide support to the IMS Audit group in planning, executing and following up on audit activities and A-IMS implementation within a site or region.
Supervise employees as required.
Who we are looking for
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
5-10 years’ experience with Quality systems, customer and supplier requirements, or equivalent required.
Strong computer skills and ability to work with SAP is essential.
Henkel A3 certification must be achieved within 12 months.
Must be detail oriented and have excellent data analysis, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
