As a Senior Forensic Consultant at Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc., you will have expertise forensic investigations identifying construction defects, preparing expert forensic reports, preparing opinions of probable costs, providing expert testimony in deposition, mediation and trial as well as oversee the preparation of repair documents, and construction administration services. You will be able to work with a wide variety of structures including condominiums, commercial buildings, plazas, and parking garages, contacting and maintaining clients, responsible for managing staff and resources, outlining forensic objectives and testing, preparing expert reports and developer transition studies while working with a multidiscipline team of engineers and technical staff members.

Successful candidates will have a solid knowledge of architectural, structural, building envelope, glazing and waterproofing systems. Work will involve on-site field investigation and about 20 percent travel (within Florida). Strong computer, writing, communication, and management skills are necessary. Registered professional architect or engineer, B. Arch or BSCE, and at least 10 - 15 years of experience are required with demonstrated experience in a senior consultant and management.
