This position is responsible for improving mission performance, enhancing the company's effectiveness and driving strategic change that will lead to growth and long-term sustainment as well as building and leading a team of top talent to enhance Client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the company with a focus on the company's Vision, Mission and Values.
Maintain and promote positive working relationships, and inspire confidence of Staff, Clients, and other Strategic Partners.
Guide and mentor the leadership team.
Lead a culture of success through collaboration, mentoring, guidance, and accountability for all levels of management and staff.
Serve as the company representative in regards to community involvement, sales, client development, etc.
Provide oversight in matters of finances, accounting, bank relations and investments as it pertains to the company.
Track industry trends and relevant developments as it pertains to the A/E industry.
Develop company goals for improving performance of the Company's mission, and to achieve outstanding business results.
Develop a strategic plan to keep the company competitive and innovative in the A/E/ industry.
Lead the execution of the strategic plan, including resource and revenue allocation.
Lead and promote initiatives to achieve company goals.
Oversee the creation and implementation of metrics to drive and support best practices and continual improvement for all the key processes in the business.
Oversee Staff management tasks in collaboration with HR including coaching, recruiting, performance evaluation, promotions and demotions.
Oversee succession planning.
Oversee contracts and agreements with Clients and Vendors and serve as the primary signing officer for major business contracts and agreements.
Oversee ongoing Client Relationship Management to develop and broaden Client base for programs in alignment with the Strategic Plan.
Oversee creation and implementation of company guidelines, standards, and procedures to streamline and improve efficiencies.
Oversee business forecasts and projections for company.

Must have all of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years work experience in a professional services firm.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a senior leadership position.
Minimum of 5 years direct experience managing areas of business involving over $2M in revenue.
Licensed Engineer or Architect in good standing.
Licensed in multiple states.
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field.
10 or more years management experience.
10 or more years work experience in an Engineering/Architectural firm.
