Lead designer for custom retrofitted and OEM equipment
Assist in developing product standards and design optimization
Use Autodesk Inventor Suite (mainly Inventor and AutoCAD) to create, modify, and release drawings to purchasing and manufacturing
Responsible for the application of Finite Element Analysis technologies in solving business critical problems related to mechanical loads
Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering Preferred
0-7 years experience preferred as a mechanical design engineer
Able to create both metric and imperial dimensioned fabrication and machining drawings
Experience with metal fabrication and/or machining a plus
Role will be located in our Alpharetta, GA office
Travel average is 10-20% domestic and international
